This is a concern for the head of the department to always improve the ability and motivation of lecturers in teaching and guiding a large number of students. The appropriate ratio of lecturers and students is the main support in an effort to create an effective teaching and learning atmosphere. So far, AEVE has 10 lecturers with doctoral qualifications, both national and international and 20 masters, 3. The qualifications of lecturers in AEVE are the target to be improved. As for the targets for lecturer development to achieve the highest education as shown in Table 1.
