Padang – The Barokah Friday activity is one of the work programs of the Himoto 90 Spiritual Department which is held every Friday. Therefore, every Friday Himoto administrators must wear Muslim / Muslim clothes to campus and attend Maghrib and Isha prayers in congregation which are followed by recitation of the Al-Qur’an together and Listening to the Kultum.
This activity was carried out at the FT UNP Mushalla, sometimes also at the FBS UNP Mushalla. Recitation of Al-Qu’an begins after Maghrib Prayer until ‘Isha and finishes’ Isha prayer immediately followed by a Kultum by one of the management members.
With this activity it is expected to be able to increase the faith and piety of all Himoto 90 members in particular and all Automotive Engineering students in general. So that it is able to create a balance in studying knowledge, namely the afterlife as a provision for later after death with worldly knowledge as a provision for living life in this world.
