Padang – On 7-8 March 2020 at Sungai Bangek, Kec. Koto Tangah, Padang City, the management of the 90 Mayana Cabinet has carried out Leadership and Community Service Training activities in the Automotive Department or abbreviated as LKDPM-JO. The LKDPM-JO activity was attended by 84 participants from 2019 class students. This activity is one of the steps to improve students’ abilities in managing an institution and also increasing sensitivity to the surrounding environment.
After arriving at the location, Br. Ilham Alzari as the event coordinator immediately gave instructions to set up tents to the participants and the committee. After all the tents were standing, they continued with lunch together.

The opening ceremony was held directly at the LKDPM-JO activity location at 11: 00-12: 00 WIB. The presenter Br. Rahmat Desman Koto, singing the Indonesia Raya song guided by Ms. Ovanita Afriani, and prayer reading by Br. Aldi Tri Okta Zulfan, after that continued with reporting by Mr. Ilham Alzari. The general chairman of HIMOTO 90, Sdr. Gusmardiansah and also the HIMOTO coach Mr. Rifdarmon, S. Pd., M.Pd.T.

The next activity was the delivery of material on Leadership Management and Organizational Motivation by Mr. Ahmat Arif, S.Pd., M.T. from 13.00-15.00 WIB. The purpose of conveying this material is to improve and strengthen the quality of leadership, organizational skills and social awareness of 2019 class of Automotive Engineering students.
At 15.00-16.00 WIB the first material continued, followed by the second material on Action Management by Br. Indra Kurniawan Rizki S.Pd. The purpose of this material is to be able to cultivate, improve, strengthen awareness and responsibility as citizens, especially the younger generation who are the successors of the nation’s struggle, as well as provide guidance, improve mindset, attitude / behavior, personality, character, courtesy and discipline of 2019 class of Automotive Engineering students.

Still on the same day at 20:15 WIB, followed by the third material about Session Techniques delivered by Br. Vecrisman. The goal is to improve and develop as well as broaden horizons in carrying out leadership tasks, grow, increase and strengthen awareness and responsibility of 2019 class of Automotive Engineering students.
At 22:45 WIB it was continued with the Makrab (Night of Familiarity) activity. This activity is intended so that LKDPM-JO participants can build intimacy between seniors and juniors. This intimate evening was also attended by alumni and students of the Automotive Engineering Department. The alumni and seniors who attended the LKDPM-JO event shared their knowledge and experiences during college and in organization.

The morning activities on the second day began with the morning prayer together, after which it was continued with gymnastics together. At 07:30 WIB it was continued with community service activities by cleaning the Mushalla which was not far from the implementation of the LKDPM-JO activities. The community service activity was immediately opened by the HIMOTO coach, namely Mr. Rifdarmon, S.Pd., M.Pd.T., General Chairperson of HIMOTO, Br. Gusmardiansah and Mushalla Management Mr. Nursyad Idris.

After completing the community service program, it is continued with outbound activities at 09: 00-12.00 WIB and continued with a clean clean, lunch and midday prayer in congregation in the tent.

The last event is the closing ceremony at 13:30 WIB. At this closing ceremony all LKDPM-JO participants read the pledge. The pledge reads:
“By chanting the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, Most Merciful.
With full awareness and responsibility, we Automotive Engineering Students class 2019 hereby promise and pledge:
If we do not attend the LKDPM-JO then:
- We will not be allowed and will not make oversized clothes of the Automotive Engineering Student Association (HIMOTO).
- We will not be considered as members of the Automotive Engineering Student Association.
- We will not be given / request a free HIMA letter from the Automotive Engineering Student Association.
- We do not have the right as seniors to the class of 2020.
With all my soul,
We state that what we do is not just a demand to be better or to be the best, but with the consequences of deep faith in Allah SWT.
With all my soul,
We state that after this LKDPM-JO we officially become members of the Automotive Engineering Student Association, and we will maintain the good name of the Automotive Engineering Student Association. ”
After reading the pledge, the 2019 batch of Automated Engineering students who took part in the LKDPM-JO were officially declared members of the Automotive Engineering Student Association and allowed to make oversized clothes and all matters relating to the Association would be made easier. The reading of the pledge was led by the General Chairperson of HIMOTO.

All administrators hope that after this activity it can improve the quality of leadership of the 2019 class of Automotive Engineering students, increase sensitivity to the surrounding social environment, and be able to establish better friendship with seniors and administrators of HIMOTO.
Mayana Cabinet 90…! One sound…!! One Thought… !!! One Struggle… !!!! Student Life… !!!!!
